Tell the mother to stop the traffic to teach her shy cubs how to cross the road safely, causing the whole road to be congested

A fortunate safari park visitor saw a kind mother leopard gently guiding her tiny newborn cubs across the road. The 64-year-old Thinus Delport urged his daughters to start singing to entice the animals out of the Kruger National Park in Sᴏuth Africa. To their surprise, it was successful.

First, the mother leopard emerged from the underbrush on the side of the road, surveying the area for potential dangers. Her two tiny infants pursued her but went back to find safety.

The spotted animal, as soon as she discovered they didn’t travel with her, waited patiently for them in the middle of the road, then came back and sat in front of the bushes where they were hidden. When she brought them back for a second try, the cute cubs timidly crossed the street where several cars had stopped to watch and let them go through safely.

One of them got lost and decided to stop in the middle of the road. It was heard wailing for its mother. The mother promptly grabbed it by the neck and pointed it in the right direction when it attempted to turn around before disappearing back into the bushes.

Although big cats can be spotted in the Kruger National Park, it is unusual to see a leopard moving her newborn offspring.
