Baboons alone fight a herd of male monkeys but still make the enemy falter


A fierce battle for territory.

Two groups of Hamadryas baboons (Scientific name: Papio hamadryas) fought an extremely fiery battle to gain territory, baboons are species with very high territorial defense habits that even leopards If they enter their territory, they will also be driven out.


Their battles are often very noisy with the cries made by the males. Males have a discolored white coat and a distinct mane, with males significantly larger than females (sexual dimorphism).

One male below was attacked by other males, although it had to fight alone, it proved to be a difficult opponent to play. The monkey entrenched in the cave and relied on the terrain to defend against the large number of enemies.
