Recently, the Youtube channel Incredible Wild Animals Sighting Channel posted a dramatic scene that took place when a group of lions hunted a lone buffalo. During this thrilling hunt, a herd of lions with dozens of them attacked a buffalo. Even though it was alone, the buffalo did not give up easily. It showed courage and counterattacks that made the lions wary.
However, after a while of being surrounded by dozens of lions and unable to find a way out, the buffalo appeared exhausted and accepted its fate of becoming a meal for the lions.
Buffaloes are often lions’ favorite prey, and for a buffalo surrounded by lions, the chances of survival are often slim. This hunt is an integral part of the natural cycle, in which life and death are only a hair’s breadth apart.
